Resume

I have more than two decades of experience as an editor, writer, digital producer, project organizer, journalist, content leader, product manager lite, and public communications expert. I’ve worked at The New York Times, Stanford University, two start-ups (Meati Foods and The China Project), and other organizations. I have written and edited thousands of articles on every topic you can imagine, served as the founding editor-in-chief of a digital publication about China, been a member of a graduate school team of journalists who launched one of the first hyperlocal news sites in the country (and wrote a report about that GoSkokie experience), authored a fair number of fictional works, and otherwise spent my career finding, crafting, and sharing stories that I believe make a difference.
