I explored a UX design certificate from Google. No small part of the program is creating a portfolio of UX work. Luckily, user experience is a tenet of journalism. Unluckily, I didn’t keep careful track of the vast volumes of primary and secondary research, interviews, editing decisions, and writing that go into creating articles, podcasts, video documentaries, landing pages, and special series that solve users’ information problems. I’m a bit more methodical now:
